- A dedicated courier (or couriers) is assigned to your business on an exclusive basis with full availability during hours specified by you. This provides a seamless process between the courier and your post room employees, maintaining efficiency of the service and building trustworthy relationships with you as our client
- With the contract and fees tailored to your company’s needs and specifications, we promise transparency and clarity before and during the life of our agreement
- Our aim is to increase your efficiency by delivering when and where you want, in the most secure manner and at the fastest possible speed
- We deliver every letter, parcel and consignment with individual care, even when booked as multiple jobs. Our rigorous service levels are also monitored for each and every transaction

Our Fleet
- With security in mind, given the sensitive nature and value of the transported files and goods, our fleet is unbranded
- To enhance safety of the transported load, every van is fitted with above standard security features. These features are tailored to our individual Clients and vary depending on the nature of the cargo
- Vehicles are inner-lined and equipped with trolley, ratchet straps, steel security box, thick bubble wrap and bungee cords to provide safe transportation of items
- In the very unlikely case of a vehicle breakdown, we have contingency plans in place to ensure your delivery suffers a minimum amount of delay
- Our vans are kept clean and well maintained on a daily basis

Our Drivers
- Our couriers wear discreet branded clothing, and a smart dress code is mandatory. Each driver can be identified by the company’s ID tag presented upon request
- Our couriers are recruited based on their geographical knowledge of London and Home Counties, their experience and a driving history which is clear of offences, as well as personal qualities such as self-discipline, motivation, persistence and courtesy
- Our drivers always maintain a high level of integrity in their work
- The team have the knowledge and equipment to deal with any issues that may arise during the transfer
- Enhanced CRB Disclosure Checks* are obligatory
* The Standard CRB check is available for positions covered by the Exceptions Order 1975 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA), for example positions within the Security Industry and Financial Services. The major difference between a Standard and Enhanced Disclosure is the addition of a check with police forces. The police will check for any additional information that is held on file about an individual that may be relevant to the position being applied for. It is then up to the police to decide what extra information is added to the disclosure.
